Cancellation Policy

At H-Land Barbershop, we strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients. To ensure fairness and efficiency for both our team and clients, we have implemented the following non-refundable booking cancellation policy: Booking Confirmation & Payment: When you book an appointment with us, you will be required to confirm your appointment and pay in advance. Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in the forfeiture of the payment. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged and is non-refundable. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to provide the full service due to your late arrival, no refund will be issued. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within 24 hours, the initial booking fee is non-refundable, and you will need to pay for the new appointment. Extenuating Circumstances: In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but no guarantee of a refund or rescheduling is provided.
